Cancellation & Refund Policy
YOUR ART MALL, the parent company of thecenturionart.com believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- YOUR ART MALL does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like gifts etc. However, a refund or replacement can be arranged if the customer provides evidence that the product delivered is of poor quality.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained only after the merchant has checked and determined the defect at their end. This must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the product received does not match what was shown on the site or is not up to your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer. In case of any refunds approved by YOUR ART MALL, the refund process will take 9-15 days to be complete to the end customer.
